Just as an athlete refines their technique by isolating a specific movement—like perfecting a golf swing or fine-tuning a sprinter’s start—we identify a key mental building block to improve. We analyze how, when, and why it serves us well or holds us back.


Step 3: Train and Reinforce the New Behavior
Much like a basketball player rehearsing free throws before game day, we create a structured plan to strengthen the chosen behavior in everyday life. Through deliberate practice, we rewire neural pathways, turning conscious effort into automatic, effective responses.


Step 4: Debrief and Adjust
After implementing the new behavior, we assess its impact—how it aligns with your goals, values, and performance. If needed, we refine it further or shift focus to another key element.
